What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own day-to-day operations, build structured workflows, and coordinate people, suppliers, and logistics to deliver reliable customer service—while continuously improving performance through documentation, scheduling, and risk-aware planning.

I’m an operations and administrative support professional with 8+ years of experience independently building and managing end-to-end operations for two customer-facing businesses. I designed structured workflows for scheduling, inventory, supplier coordination, and financial administration that supported 400+ client relationships and 300+ fulfilled customer orders through peak demand periods.

I bring a planning-and-risk lens from my Master’s in Disaster Risk Management, applying risk assessment, coordination, and continuous improvement to keep operations consistent and reliable.
