I’m looking for a role where I can own day-to-day operations, build structured workflows, and coordinate people, suppliers, and logistics to deliver reliable customer service—while continuously improving performance through documentation, scheduling, and risk-aware planning.

I’m an operations and administrative support professional with 8+ years of experience independently building and managing end-to-end operations for two customer-facing businesses. I designed structured workflows for scheduling, inventory, supplier coordination, and financial administration that supported 400+ client relationships and 300+ fulfilled customer orders through peak demand periods.

I bring a planning-and-risk lens from my Master’s in Disaster Risk Management, applying risk assessment, coordination, and continuous improvement to keep operations consistent and reliable. I’ve also trained and supervised interns and aspiring makeup artists, and in my online retail work I’ve managed procurement, logistics, order fulfilment, and a structured admin system (recording, expense tracking, supplier payments, and performance review) to improve scheduling, communication, and service delivery.
