I'm currently managing day-to-day operations at Fasha Beauty Spot, supporting a customer-focused business generating approximately N7–N10 million in monthly revenue. I supervise around 30 employees, coordinate inventory and suppliers, reconcile daily cash, and prepare executive reports that inform business decisions.

I've improved scheduling by introducing a customer-deposit appointment policy that reduced cancellations, strengthened documentation and record management, and led customer experience initiatives that increased retention, loyalty, and referrals.

Previously, I supported customer enquiries, appointments, complaints, follow-ups, consultative sales, and administrative documentation at Smith & Smith Nig. Ltd and CreditVille Microfinance Bank. These roles strengthened my customer relationship management, communication, documentation, and service-delivery skills.

I bring experience in recruitment, onboarding, staff supervision, process improvement, conflict resolution, executive support, and operational reporting. I'm passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences while helping forward-thinking organizations grow efficiently.
