What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a sales or customer support role where I can serve US or international customers, manage leads and customer relationships, resolve issues, and contribute through strong communication and CRM workflows.

I'm currently handling sales and customer support at Shapein RX, supporting an international healthcare and weight-loss service. I manage customer needs, orders, delivery inquiries, lead follow-ups, and enrollment using GoHighLevel CRM.

Previously at Keltha Weightox, I supported international customers with orders, delivery, service processes, and issue resolution. I also coordinated with internal teams to provide timely assistance.
