What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT role where I can support users, maintain reliable networks, and keep data and documentation accurate—while growing in networking and cybersecurity through real-world troubleshooting and continuous improvement.

I’m an Information Technology graduate with hands-on experience in data management, record keeping, documentation, reporting, and administrative support. I’m detail-oriented about maintaining accurate records, handling database-related tasks, and ensuring data accuracy in fast-paced environments.

In my IT Support Officer (National Service) role at Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority, I managed and maintained LAN/WAN infrastructure to minimize downtime, configured routers and switches using CCNA knowledge, installed and maintained network hardware, and resolved hardware/software issues promptly. I also supported IT documentation and system performance reporting while keeping IT records up to date.

My networking focus is strengthened by my final year project on eliminating single points of failure in hospital systems through a network redundancy model. With certifications in CCNA Routing and Switching and CompTIA Security+, I bring a practical, risk-aware approach—strengthening reliability, troubleshooting effectively, and helping users and teams stay productive.
