I’m looking for a role where I can turn IT and business data into clear dashboards and insights, while also supporting users and improving IT processes. I value hands-on work, continuous improvement, and strong teamwork.

I’m an Analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst / IT Support Professional with a BSc in Information Technology Management and hands-on experience troubleshooting, data handling, and process improvement. I enjoy using data to improve decision-making and optimize IT and business processes.

At Ghana Ports and Harbors Authority (GPHA), I diagnosed and resolved hardware, software, and network issues for 40+ users, improving system uptime. I also gathered and analyzed IT service data to identify recurring issues, created Excel-based incident tracking and user request trend reports, and supported Active Directory account management, including password resets and access reviews. By documenting technical processes and user guides, I reduced repeated service calls by 15%.

Earlier, as an IT Support Intern, I collaborated on data migration and system upgrade projects by validating and cleaning records for accurate transfer, and performed routine system checks, backups, and device usage reports. I’ve also built Excel templates for hardware inventory tracking and educated staff on cybersecurity awareness and safe IT practices—so I bring both technical support and data-driven clarity to every task.
