What I'm looking for

I am seeking hands-on IT roles focusing on support, networking, asset management, and cybersecurity within collaborative teams that value training and career growth.

I am a Computer Engineering graduate with hands-on experience delivering IT support, network troubleshooting, and asset management in enterprise environments.

At the Volta River Authority, I resolved 50+ hardware and software incidents weekly, supported Active Directory authentication and user access for staff across multiple locations, and consistently managed service-desk tickets within SLA targets. I also prepared, cleaned, and validated IT asset datasets used for system integration and audits, improving asset visibility and data accuracy.
