What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute as a Senior HR Specialist or Assistant HR Manager in a forward-thinking organization, supporting employee-centric HR operations, compensation and benefits, compliance, workforce analytics, and digitalization initiatives.

At TF AMD Microelectronic, I lead day-to-day HR operations and Compensation & Benefits administration for more than 6,000 employees. I maintain SAP data, manage insurance enrolments and claims, oversee panel clinics and contractor renewals, and provide workforce reporting to support management decisions.

I've supported the migration to an Office Automation platform through requirement gathering, UAT, validation, and employee training. I also coordinate HR and IT requirements for digitalization initiatives and led the Employee Retirement Ceremony Program from event planning through retirement gift procurement.

Previously, I managed high-volume direct and indirect labour recruitment, organizing more than 70 walk-in interview sessions in 2022. At Wellings Pharmacy Group, I handled recruitment, onboarding, employee benefits, performance appraisals, claims, insurance renewals, and implemented a panel clinic system from scratch.
