At Language Connection, I manage B2B corporate accounts across Latin America, including Vintage Petroleum Boliviana, Mapaiso Urbanizaciones, and Nexion. I lead onboarding, needs assessments, recurring stakeholder sessions, and progress reporting in English and Spanish.

I maintain near-100% account retention through customized delivery, working with stakeholders across HSE, supply chain, IT, and engineering both in person and on Zoom.

Through ELEV8, I built a client pipeline from zero and run the full sales cycle myself—from cold outreach on Instagram, TikTok, and WhatsApp through discovery, closing, delivery, and renewal. I also launched a trilingual website with automated lead capture and a WhatsApp conversion flow.
