What I'm looking for

I seek a hands-on Microsoft/Cloud role where I can lead infrastructure reliability, automation, and secure adoption of Microsoft 365 and Azure.

I am an experienced and dedicated Microsoft-focused Systems Engineer with extensive hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration and Azure fundamentals, as well as Windows Server environments and enterprise network infrastructure.

I have provided Tier 2 and Tier 3 support worldwide for various companies. I have also worked with SharePoint, OneDrive and other Microsoft 365 solutions, focusing on performance, adoption, automation and user satisfaction. I have also administered and supported Commvault restores for Microsoft 365 workloads, as well as contributing to the creation of basic Power BI dashboards to enhance IT visibility, reporting and decision-making.

I have also gained experience in long-term systems administration, PowerShell automation, endpoint and patch management, Microsoft Intune and networking technologies (Cisco/Meraki). I have led onboarding and offboarding processes, delivered internal technical training, managed vendor relationships, and contributed to continuous IT process improvements.
