What I'm looking for

I'm looking to support and improve business-critical IT services in a customer-focused role involving Microsoft 365, identity management, troubleshooting, systems administration, and network support.

At TourTailors, I administer a hybrid Microsoft environment across Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online while resolving end-user hardware, software, account, application, and connectivity issues.

I've also supported hospital IT users at Rede Metropolitana de Saúde, maintained enterprise networks and telephone systems at Tele Brasil, delivered customer web projects, and taught higher-education IT subjects.
