I'm looking to build and improve scalable HR operations, digital workflows, and ISO-compliant people systems where I can strengthen recruitment, payroll, employee experience, and organizational growth.

I've built HR functions from the ground up at PT Genau Loka Gantari, PT Geo-Enviro Abadi, PT Geneco Global Kreasi, and PT Poly Arrad Pusaka. Across these organizations, I establish HR policies, recruitment, payroll, performance management, employee documentation, and ISO-aligned procedures for teams ranging from 9 to 150+ employees.
