What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead HR transformation—building scalable HR infrastructure, strengthening talent acquisition and reward strategy, and partnering with business leaders to deliver measurable outcomes within multinational environments.

I’m a results-driven HR professional with 15+ years of experience across life sciences, pharmaceuticals, hospitality, and tech. I build HR functions from scratch, lead organizational transformations, and connect people strategy directly to business goals.

In my current role as HR Manager, I’m spearheading the setup of HR infrastructure, policies, and compliance to support commercial operations launch. I’m also developing a 2025 HR roadmap across organizational design, recruitment, and reward structure, while aligning local practices with global standards through close collaboration with regional and global HR teams.

Previously, as Head of HR at Daewoong Pharmaceutical Company Indonesia, I built and led HR across four legal entities, scaling headcount from 5 to approximately 100 in under two years. I’ve owned end-to-end HR operations—recruitment, payroll, C&B, industrial relations, and vendor/government liaison—and streamlined HR processes and HRIS adoption to support fast growth and regional alignment.
