What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead strategic HR operations where I can strengthen workforce planning, talent, industrial relations, compliance, and HR digitalization while partnering with leadership to achieve business goals.

I've led HR operations for organizations of up to 700 employees across hospitality, manufacturing, construction, and retail in Indonesia.

Most recently at PT Hotstone Ubud Club, I developed HR policies and procedures, led talent acquisition and retention, managed compensation and benefits, and handled industrial relations and government liaison.

At PT. Soejasch Bali Indonesia, I introduced digital recruitment and onboarding to shorten hiring cycles and improve candidate experience, while supporting annual FSSC certification renewal. I also built HR policies, SOPs, training, competency management, and labor-relations processes.

I've supported BRC certification for fishery manufacturing and worked across FSSC 22000, HACCP, internal audits, HR digitalization, and workforce reporting. I collaborate closely with leadership, government authorities, immigration, and cross-functional teams to connect HR operations with business goals.
