What I'm looking for

I want to lead HR transformations and organization development work—building scalable HR processes, strengthening talent and performance, and creating measurable culture change with strong stakeholder collaboration in fast-growing companies.

I’m an HR professional with nearly 5 years of experience across FnB, FMCG, manufacturing, and PMA environments, specializing in Organization Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and HR Operations. I build and scale HR functions from scratch—developing core HR processes like onboarding, HR documentation, employee databases, employment contracts, and end-to-end recruitment. In my current role, I’m helping a newly established Foreign Direct Investment company establish HR and manage statutory compliance, including KITAS administration, BPJS, and PPh 21.

Earlier, I drove talent and culture initiatives by leading INACO’s first employee engagement program (reaching both white-collar and more than 1,000 blue-collar employees after 32 years). I supported performance management through KPI reporting and talent review discussions, and I designed learning solutions using Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and digital content delivered via Moodle LMS. I also contributed to corporate communication and internal alignment—organizing events, CSR programmes, and stakeholder communications—while coordinating recruitment and staffing across multiple branches.
