What I'm looking for

I'm looking to bring my international HR operations, reporting, compliance, and employee lifecycle experience into a strategic, data-informed People and Culture role.

At Adam Smith International, I supported People & Talent Operations across five regional offices and seven time zones, advising managers on HR processes, policy application, and case resolution.

I coordinated end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, maintained and audited HR records, and produced Excel workforce trackers and operational reports for leadership. I also supported 200+ candidate assessments annually, administered Recruitee and LMS activities, and coordinated 50+ Learning & Development sessions.

My experience spans international HR service delivery, UK employment practices, compliance documentation, and inclusive people practices as a founding Diversity & Inclusion Committee member. Earlier, I supported recruitment for 500+ candidates at MYK Laticrete India and developed strong coordination and documentation skills through photojournalism.
