What I'm looking for

I’m seeking an international remote opportunity with a US-based organisation, contributing to a globally distributed HR team through HR operations, employee support, recruitment coordination, and process administration.

At HCLtech, I led online and in-person onboarding and induction sessions for 7,000+ hires, while managing onboarding documentation and HR records. I also supervised and guided a team of 20+ members.

At Deloitte, I managed employee lifecycle processes for full-time and contract employees, including onboarding, extensions, and terminations in SAP. I served as a point of contact between contractors and internal stakeholders.

Earlier at Deloitte, I supported high-volume talent acquisition by processing offer letters and documentation, and handling audit and compliance requests. At Raising Global Solutions, I recruited for non-IT clients and managed a monthly pipeline of 300+ candidates.

At Belcan India Pvt. Ltd., I managed 3,000+ HR data records monthly and supported HR and project administration. I work with systems including SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Avature, and Fieldglass, and hold an MBA in Human Resource Management.
