Led preconstruction estimating efforts by performing detailed quantity takeoffs and developing conceptual through GMP estimates, coordinating with design teams and evaluating subcontractor bids to align budgets with design intent.

Operated as an independent estimator delivering takeoffs, cost analysis, and bid preparation for commercial projects including branch renovations and larger-scale commercial work for multiple clients.

Specialized in planning, budgeting, and estimating for large industrial and logistics projects, initiated the first LEED pursuit in the Florida market that achieved LEED Gold and created LEED templates and training.

Combined estimating and project management responsibilities, carrying smaller projects from estimate through completion to maintain budget, scope, and schedule integrity.

Supported commercial projects through RFI and submittal administration, drawing control, subcontractor coordination, and cost tracking while assisting with schedule updates and change management.

Completed a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management at the M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction, graduating in Spring 2005.
