What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building conceptual and detailed estimates for large-scale commercial projects, collaborating with preconstruction, field, and project teams from early design through award and handoff.

At Hill & Wilkinson General Contractors, I develop GMP packages, CMR/CMAR estimates, RFP responses, and conceptual budgets for commercial projects. I owned the full FRP estimating and bid effort for the $10M Red Rocks Church Renovation and built the awarded $1.2M Connect Church Renovation estimate across structural, MEP, and interior scopes.

Previously at Hensel Phelps, I prepared detailed estimates for projects including the $2.3B Capstone Phase II and collaborated with operations teams on constructability, general requirements, and project risks.

My field and project-engineering background at Banes General Contractors helps me connect drawings, scope, pricing, and constructability. I bring hands-on experience with takeoffs, bid leveling, subcontractor coordination, Procore documentation, and commercial project delivery.
