What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can own plan review and bid/estimate accuracy for commercial buildouts, collaborate closely with subs and PMs, and help prevent scope gaps—while keeping schedules, safety, and quality aligned on every project.

I’m a Commercial Construction Estimator with 5+ years of experience specializing in restaurant buildouts, remodels, and tenant improvement projects. I focus on turning bid invites and plan reviews into clear, complete estimates that teams can move forward with confidently.

In my current role, I’m responsible for reviewing plans, coordinating subcontractor bids, leveling proposals, and identifying scope gaps. I support full-scope restaurant buildout and remodel estimates from bid invite through final proposal, helping ensure accuracy before numbers reach the finish line.

Before this, I worked as an Assistant Project Manager, coordinating field crews and subcontractors across multiple active job sites. I managed daily reporting, scheduling, and site logistics, enforced safety and quality standards, and communicated project updates, risks, and timelines to keep work on track.

I also have experience supporting residential construction as an Assistant Project Manager/Estimator—assisting with project timelines, budgets, client communication, and preparing estimates, invoices, and proposals. Earlier in my career, I handled international shipping coordination and customer-facing updates, which strengthened my organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage moving parts.
