At Prestige Construction, I lead preconstruction and estimating for commercial, healthcare, government, and institutional projects. I prepare complete multi-trade GC estimates, from document review and takeoffs through final proposals, and support awarded work through procurement, RFIs, and change orders.
I submitted the apparent low bid for Wilck's Lake Park Ground-Up Restroom Construction after developing the scope, soliciting subcontractors, and leveling bids. Before Prestige Construction, I estimated restaurant build-outs and renovations at Provost Construction, including work for repeat clients across multiple markets.
