What I'm looking for
I act as an Owners rep/PM to help clients execute their growth strategy without significant corporate overhead expense. My focus is to keep brokers, attorneys, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors all on the same page so client objectives stay in focus. With 600 projects completed to date, I use that experience to save clients time and money.
Previously, I served as Vice President of Construction / Design and Real Estate, leading new store development for a 360-store national chain, managing the complete process from site selection through store opening across the US and Puerto Rico while meeting targets and budgets. Earlier roles included VP of Design and Construction and VP of Store Planning for retail apparel and multiple-store operations, plus estimating, quantity surveying, and project management responsibilities spanning negotiations, budgeting, cost projections, and profitability.
