What I'm looking for

I'm looking for opportunities to estimate and manage commercial construction projects, collaborate across clients and contractors, and grow through complex bidding, procurement, and project delivery responsibilities.

I'm currently an Estimator/Project Manager in a remote role, leading shipment schedules, tracking project progress, coordinating with general contractors, clients, installers, and vendors, and keeping RFIs and procurement on track. I've managed a project valued at about $2,587,290 and estimated a pending project worth about $4,879,178.

After two years at AT Villa, I was placed in charge of the largest client account, previously handled only by the president. From June through December 2023, I achieved a 52% award rate across projects bid and won.

Previously at Woodward Millwork Group, I prepared material takeoffs, interpreted project specifications, optimized sheet yield for cabinet production, and used AutoCAD to create cabinet assembly submittal packages. I bring a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology with a drafting concentration and practical experience in estimating, project coordination, and commercial construction.
