At Tesla, I lead pre-construction budgeting, bid leveling, cost proposals, contracts, and forecasting for data centers, HQ expansion, and cathode refinery projects. I manage major trade scopes and support commissioning for utility systems at a large cathode refinery.
Previously at Wilshire Construction, I managed budgets, procurement, cost reporting, value engineering, and change orders on multifamily developments up to 644 units and $200M. I also mentor project and field engineers while using Procore, Power BI, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, and Excel to keep projects aligned with financial targets.
