What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead preconstruction, estimating, construction operations, and project delivery, taking projects from early concept through turnover while aligning scope, cost, schedule, procurement, field teams, and project readiness.

At Green Solutions, I lead estimating, design, preconstruction, and project management for commercial projects ranging from approximately $30K to $1.5M, personally estimating and designing approximately $4M in work annually.

I founded and operated Moonlight Pool & Spa as an approximately $15M annual construction company with 40+ employees, overseeing preconstruction, estimating, contracts, procurement, staffing, construction operations, financial performance, and project delivery. I built estimating, training, quality-control, and operating processes while managing complex multidisciplinary construction scopes.

Across 25+ years in construction, I’ve taken projects from concept and scope development through pricing, procurement, construction readiness, execution, and turnover. I align scope, cost, schedules, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and field teams while resolving constructability and execution risks.
