I’m a construction preconstruction & estimating coordinator with two years of experience supporting progressive subcontractor bid packages across design and pricing milestones (SD, CDs, and GMP). At a top Bay Area general contractor, I helped span pursuits covering commercial and public-works construction totaling $600M+ in awarded work.

In each phase, I isolate trade scope from NTP and bid documents, then prepare and publish progressive subcontractor bid packages—inviting 25–50 vendors per package, issuing addenda, and following up to secure complete coverage. I also prequalify subcontractors on ConstructConnect and BuildingConnected, and level and tabulate returned bids into organized binders for estimators.

I helped launch the firm’s new prefab division by evaluating manufacturers for assembly quality, fit, and risk, and by sourcing and negotiating staging sites with property owners for completed units ahead of installation. I also built and administered document control across Procore, BuildingConnected, and SharePoint, including standing up a cross-organizational Procore environment for a joint venture.

Beyond estimating support, I track and file RFIs, co-manage contracts and subcontract documents for accuracy and on-time delivery, and review and approve invoices in Timberscan. I’m Procore Certified (8 credentials) and continuing to develop toward broader leadership with CMIT, PMP in progress, and OSHA 10.
