I am a Healthcare IT and Operations Specialist focused on Epic EMR, scheduling systems, and workflow optimization with a strong record of improving operational efficiency in clinical settings.

I lead CHARM EHR training for clinical and administrative staff, improving scheduling accuracy and workflow efficiency, and I supervise staff across four urgent care locations. I use data analytics (SQL, Excel, Tableau, Python, R, SAS) and generative AI to develop scalable training materials and drive measurable process improvements.
