I am a multidisciplinary EHR systems analyst and clinical informatics professional with over 15 years of combined technical, clinical, and health IT experience. My expertise lies in leading QA audits, resolving EHR data conflicts, and optimizing workflows across various platforms, including Epic and axiUm. I am known for my ability to translate operational bottlenecks into scalable technical solutions, ensuring that healthcare providers can deliver the best possible care.

In my current role as Chair of the axiUm QA Committee at LSU School of Dentistry, I lead enterprise-wide workflow optimization initiatives and manage chart access and documentation flow. My experience includes developing SQL-based dashboards for compliance oversight, standardizing clinical documentation templates, and providing training to faculty and students. I am passionate about leveraging technology to improve healthcare delivery and am committed to continuous learning and professional development in the field of health informatics.
