I am an Epic Cadence-certified healthcare analyst with over six years of experience analyzing workflows, translating operational needs into functional requirements, and supporting Epic application build, testing, training, and implementation. I collaborate with end users, operational leaders, and technical teams to design, configure, and support Epic solutions that meet business needs, with a strong background in ambulatory scheduling, system optimization, end-user training, and go-live support.

In my current role I perform in-depth workflow analysis for Community Connect practices, assist with Epic Cadence application build and maintenance (scheduling templates, provider setup, visit types), participate in system validation and issue documentation, and deliver at-the-elbow and post-go-live support. I have also scheduled patient appointments in Epic, trained new staff on scheduling functionality, and contributed to process improvement initiatives supported by Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) principles.
