At OPTUMINSIGHT, I navigated Epic, Cerner, and 3M environments to support inpatient and emergency department operations. I collaborated with operational teams to troubleshoot documentation gaps, report software bugs, and test electronic workflow templates.
Most recently, at VIRTUALBUSINESS OFFICEASSOCIATES, I reviewed charts and validated data using remote EHR platforms, and investigated billing errors with CARC/RARC data. I also designed a local screenshot-to-OCR proof-of-concept script for procedure coding workflows; I halted work immediately upon management review.
