What I'm looking for

I’m looking for remote-ready roles combining customer support and operations/back-office case processing, with clear quality standards and structured guidelines. I want to work independently, deliver fast turnaround, and contribute to AI data/training-related support.

I’m a customer service and operations support professional with experience across international BPO accounts, back-office processing, recruitment coordination, and administrative support. I’m comfortable working remotely and independently, with strong attention to detail, fast task turnaround, and reliable communication in English, French, and Arabic. I adapt well to structured guidelines and quality standards, including support-focused back-office and AI data/training-related roles.

In my recent back-office role for the Vinted Operations account at Transcom, I processed back-office tasks and case management while following defined quality and turnaround-time standards. I reviewed and handled customer and order-related requests with accuracy and attention to detail, working within strict process guidelines and internal tools to deliver consistent, error-free output.

I also coordinate recruitment activities and candidate follow-up, while supporting business development and day-to-day administration. In parallel, I’ve worked as a customer service advisor for an Uber account, handling user requests and complaints in line with quality standards to maintain customer satisfaction through accurate, timely resolutions.

Earlier roles expanded my operational and client-facing capabilities, including reception and administrative data entry, executive assistant and social media coordination, and hands-on customer service in a fast-paced café environment. I bring a leadership mindset from long-term volunteering with the Tunisian Scouts, where I progressed to team leader and mentored younger members, reinforcing my reliability, communication, and teamwork.
