I am a versatile, entrepreneurial professional with more than 20 years of experience in business development, sales, account management and public relations. I focus on building productive relationships, delivering results, and maintaining the highest levels of professionalism.

As a high-performance life coach and founder of a coaching practice, I design progressive plans, motivate clients, and use mental and emotional health techniques to help athletes, entrepreneurs and business owners pursue their goals. As a strength and conditioning trainer, I created mobile training programs and nutrition plans, working with 300+ clients across beginner to competition levels.
