At Showcase Basketball, I managed individualized development plans for 40+ student-athletes, delivered video analysis and performance feedback, and coordinated camps, coach assignments, schedules, and athlete flow.
With Silicon Valley Soldiers, I led athlete and family communication throughout the season and organized four-day camps serving 80+ athletes per day. I also recruited assistant coaches and built practice plans and development curriculum.
As a former NCAA Division I and international professional player, I bring firsthand perspective to athlete onboarding, performance analysis, recruiting support, and stakeholder relationships.
