What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote, client-facing role where I can use my psychology background to improve customer satisfaction, drive sales, mentor teammates, and grow professionally in a collaborative environment.

I am a customer service and sales professional with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology who focuses on building rapport and resolving client inquiries with empathy.

I have worked remotely with US-based clients as an Independent Travel Manager, recommending flight options, resolving booking issues, and consistently meeting and exceeding performance targets through persuasive communication and upselling.

During my national service I delivered lessons, led mental well-being seminars, and provided one-on-one mentoring, which strengthened my active listening, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.

I bring a disciplined approach to CRM record keeping, teamwork, and client-focused service, and I seek opportunities where I can combine psychology, sales, and customer support to drive satisfaction and growth.
