I’m an HR & Industrial–Organizational Psychology professional with 4+ years of experience driving HR analytics, workforce planning, and employee experience initiatives across technology, consulting, nonprofit, and corporate environments. I translate complex workforce data into actionable insights that support strategy and measurable organizational outcomes.
I bring hands-on expertise across HR policy research, recruitment, employee lifecycle support, compliance documentation, employee relations support, and change management.
