What I'm looking for
I’m a results-driven HR professional with 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition, workforce analytics, and HR operations. I lead recruitment initiatives and supervise recruiters while keeping hiring compliant and efficient across divisions.
In my current role, I oversee HR team operations including recruitment, vacancy tracking, executive-level reporting, and workforce data management. I also manage PAR submissions and tracking with OMB and review hiring packages to ensure alignment with civil service rules.
I’ve built dashboards and reporting that sharpen decision-making—using Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP) and Power BI (basic)—and I’ve supported retention with structured 30/60/90-day surveys.
