What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply I/O psychology, behavioral science, and data analysis to improve employee engagement, training effectiveness, retention, and HR operations.

I'm an Industrial-Organizational Psychology M.S. student supporting HR operations at SeaWorld, where I coordinate hiring workflows, onboarding compliance, and turnover analysis for critical roles.

As an Army National Guard HR Specialist, I manage confidential personnel records, develop training, and improve administrative processes. I apply research, survey design, statistical analysis, and behavioral science to strengthen employee development and organizational performance.
