I’m seeking a full-time role where I can contribute strong administrative and customer service expertise, working in high-volume environments and using CRM and systems to resolve issues efficiently.

I’m a customer-focused, highly organised professional with UK work experience in customer service, administration, and hospitality operations. As an MBA graduate from Aberystwyth University, I bring strong communication, problem-solving, and system management skills to every role.

I’ve supported fast-paced environments, handling 100+ daily calls and guest enquiries while maintaining service standards. In reception and breakfast operations, I managed check-in/check-out processes, supervised daily service, and ensured hygiene compliance.
