I'm looking for a customer-facing hospitality, sales, or operations role where I can support guests, grow revenue through service and upselling, work with an international team, and develop my entrepreneurial and digital skills.

I deliver attentive guest service in Albania’s fast-paced nightlife and tourism environments, handling orders, payments, and customer requests accurately during busy shifts.

As a waiter and hospitality professional, I build rapport with international guests and use communication and upselling to support customer satisfaction and sales.

I’ve also co-managed a two-bedroom short-term rental in Sarandë, overseeing pricing, guest communication, bookings, cleaning coordination, supplies, and property readiness.

I’m building practical Python, video editing, and content-creation skills alongside my interest in entrepreneurship, online business, and revenue generation.
