I'm seeking remote customer support roles with opportunities to apply my technical skills.

I’m a customer service professional with experience in hospitality, restaurant management, and freelance web development. My background includes handling guest concerns, training staff, managing reservations, processing payments, and coordinating service in busy environments.

Most recently, I managed the upstairs restaurant at Centrali in Sarandë, Albania, overseeing approximately 10 staff. I also designed and created the restaurant’s menus.

Alongside hospitality work, I build websites for small businesses using React and TypeScript. This involves understanding client needs, incorporating feedback, and managing projects through deployment.

I’m seeking an entry-level remote customer support role, preferably focused on email and chat. I’m fluent in English, based in Albania, and particularly interested in opportunities that allow working from different countries.
