What I'm looking for

I seek a hospitality role where I can lead operations and teams, improve guest experience, and apply PMS expertise in a collaborative, service-focused environment.

I am a hospitality professional with progressive experience at Hotel Duka, moving from Receptionist (2020–2022) to Manager (2022–2025), where I managed daily operations, supervised and trained staff, coordinated schedules, and upheld high service and quality standards. I leveraged Property Management Systems (PMS) and other computer applications to streamline workflows, maintain records, and improve guest satisfaction.

With a Bachelor’s degree in Archaeology from the University of Tirana, I bring strong organizational, analytical, and teamwork skills developed through fieldwork and project-based studies.
