At Lumen, I led the Configure/Price/Quote (CPQ) effort as a Senior Lead Product Manager, developing a pricing software system to outline financials for Sales. I collaborated with Product, Legal, Finance, and IT to deliver complex quoting solutions in a B2B environment—Enterprise/Global Market—while managing stakeholder expectations.
I’m proud of measurable impact: updating CPQ systems for complex telecom and OM Analyst products that reduced quote intervals and increased sales efficiency.
