I’m looking for a product leadership role where I can improve CPQ/pricing workflows end-to-end, partner across Sales/Legal/Finance/IT, and use Salesforce + Agile to deliver measurable revenue and customer value.

I’m a Lead Product Manager with 20+ years of SARACINO experience across Qwest/CenturyLink/Lumen, focused on improving business performance through pricing, CPQ enablement, and end-to-end sales workflows. I bring a resourceful, results-driven work ethic and a passion for growth and efficiency.

At Lumen, I led the Configure/Price/Quote (CPQ) effort as a Senior Lead Product Manager, developing a pricing software system to outline financials for Sales. I collaborated with Product, Legal, Finance, and IT to deliver complex quoting solutions in a B2B environment—Enterprise/Global Market—while managing stakeholder expectations.

I’m proud of measurable impact: updating CPQ systems for complex telecom and OM Analyst products that reduced quote intervals and increased sales efficiency. I used Salesforce Classic and Lightning, partnered with Salesforce Developers and Architects on quoting integration, created and trained updated processes, and executed User Acceptance Testing (UAT) throughout the lifecycle.

Before that, I supported new-hire Sales onboarding and training, analyzed Win/Loss opportunities in Salesforce, and developed training materials based on survey and report data. Earlier in my career, I handled customer escalations, led process/product analysis with CPQ backlog ownership, and later transitioned through HR assistant/recruiter work—strengthening my communication, change management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
