I’m looking for a remote or hybrid role in operations, customer success, or business support where I can keep building CRM and process skills, contribute consistently, collaborate across tools, and grow with a team that values organized follow-through.

I’m a junior operations and customer success professional with hands-on experience in sales support, CRM management, and bilingual customer communication in English and Spanish. I take ownership of day-to-day follow-ups, data hygiene, and coordination across platforms to keep pipelines accurate and customers moving forward.

In my current role as a Sales & Operations Support Associate, I handle inbound and outbound communication with leads and customers, consistently logging every interaction in the CRM. I maintain daily CRM records by updating contact details, call notes, deal stages, and follow-up tasks, and I prioritize active leads based on stage, response history, and customer interest.

I also bring a service-focused foundation from my previous customer service and administrative associate experience, where I supported fast-paced retail operations, processed daily transactions accurately, and strengthened my attention to detail under pressure. I’m studying Industrial Engineering, and I use that process mindset to stay organized, learn new tools quickly, and grow in remote operations, customer success, or business support roles.
