At Jovie, I lead enterprise-wide initiatives that strengthen operational effectiveness, system optimization, and organizational readiness. I currently serve as project lead for LMS migration efforts, coordinating stakeholders, timelines, communications, testing, and implementation.

Previously, as Operations Manager for Shared Services, I led concurrent projects focused on process standardization, operational efficiency, and organizational scalability. I managed a team of 13 and built governance processes, workflows, and performance metrics that improved accountability and execution.

I've partnered across recruiting, operations, training, franchise support, leadership, and technology to deliver strategic initiatives. My work includes scalable documentation and reporting frameworks, workforce analytics, resource planning, and executive decision support.

Across an 18+ year career with Jovie and Bright Horizons, I've led training, change management, process improvement, and workforce planning initiatives. I build high-performing teams, maintain strong retention, and turn complex operational needs into practical, scalable solutions.
