What I'm looking for
I’m a Senior HR Business Partner with experience supporting multi-site U.S. operations and international teams. I’m known for balancing strategic workforce initiatives with hands-on execution across employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, leadership coaching, and organizational effectiveness.
Most recently, I partnered with leaders to align workforce strategies and employee relations practices while ensuring compliance across U.S. facilities and Canadian operations.
