I’m looking for an executive-level HR role where I can build people operations end-to-end—partnering with leadership on performance, retention, compensation, and culture transformation, with strong compliance and HRIS impact across hybrid and distributed teams.

I’m a strategic HR executive with 15+ years of experience scaling people operations in high-growth, multi-state organizations. I partner to CEOs and executive teams in building performance systems, compensation frameworks, compliance infrastructure, and workforce strategies aligned to business outcomes.

Most recently, as VP of HR + Culture, I deliver strategic HR leadership for over 100 employees across multiple states—designing and implementing performance evaluation and merit frameworks, leading multi-phase restructuring with updated pay bands, and building scalable HR infrastructure across policies, compliance, benefits, payroll, and employee relations. I’ve also strengthened compliance across FMLA, PFL, COBRA, OSHA, and state regulations, while managing complex investigations, ER cases, and executive-level risk matters.
