I’m looking for a People Operations / HR Business Partner role where I can partner with executives, lead employee relations and compliance, and build scalable HR programs that improve retention, performance, and workforce planning—open to fully remote.

I’m a Human Resources and People Operations leader with 10+ years of progressive experience supporting organizations from 50 to 1,500 employees across healthcare, behavioral health, nonprofit, social services, and multi-state environments. I’m known for strengthening compliance, improving retention, and building scalable HR programs while partnering closely with executive leadership to align people strategy with organizational growth.

In my roles, I’ve managed up to 52 HR-direct-report team members, led up to 12 professionals, and supported workforce needs ranging from employee relations and workplace investigations to leave administration, payroll support, recruiting, and performance management. I’ve driven measurable outcomes such as 68% employee retention improvement, 80% compliance improvement, and a 22% turnover reduction, including multi-state HR support across 15 states.

Most recently, I’ve led HR operations for an 800+ employee organization, advising executives and managers on complex workplace concerns, investigations, corrective action, and workforce planning. Previously, I was promoted twice within 12 months while directing operations for 1,200+ employees, led HR and workforce initiatives for healthcare expansion and accreditation readiness, and built HR processes and employee relations programs—from employee handbooks and onboarding to performance management practices. I also create people-centered cultures through engagement, recognition, wellness, and employee experience initiatives.
