What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead product strategy and Agile delivery for digital solutions where I can turn stakeholder needs into scalable products, improve user experiences, and drive measurable operational and business outcomes.

I've led product development and digital transformation work at Geneva Software, shaping ICASS and ICASS One for U.S. Department of State operations across more than 270 overseas posts. I translate stakeholder objectives into requirements, user stories, priorities, and Agile releases.

My work improved application performance by 20% and increased user adoption and satisfaction by 15% through system optimization, user-centric interface improvements, and continuous feedback. I work across ASP.NET, SQL Server, HTML, CSS, and cross-functional delivery teams.

As founder of Outclass Software, I've taken web and mobile products from concept to App Store and Google Play release, led international teams, and delivered location-based platforms and business intelligence tools. I also helped drive a 300% increase in company revenue through product delivery, UX improvements, and scalable website development.
