I am a recent B.Com (Hons.) graduate from the University of Delhi, where I secured a CGPA of 7.959. My journey in the professional world has been marked by a commitment to continuous learning and adaptation. Currently, I am engaged in customer support and sales at Osculant Technologies Pvt. Ltd., where I have been promoted to Business Development Executive. My role involves assisting customers with their queries and developing a comprehensive customer service plan to ensure all requirements are met.
In addition to my work in customer support, I am also a Finance Trainer at Brightchamps, where I teach finance to children aged 6 to 16. This position allows me to foster a positive learning environment while assessing student performance and engaging in professional development activities. My previous experiences as a Business Development Intern and Community Manager Intern have equipped me with valuable skills in market research, client relationship management, and community engagement.
