Looking for a stable, growth-oriented role in customer success, customer support, admissions, operations or business development. I value clear communication, a supportive work environment, learning opportunities, professional growth and a healthy work-life balance. I’m eager to contribute my experience while developing new skills and taking on greater responsibilities.

I’m a customer-focused professional with experience across customer support, business development, operations, and teaching. I began my career in customer support, where I handled UK customers for Virgin Media, resolving queries, troubleshooting issues remotely, and ensuring a positive customer experience. I was also recognised for strong performance during my time there.

I later worked in business development and operations for a startup, where I handled customer interactions, lead generation, follow-ups, and sales, closing 43 sales within two months. My teaching experience has further strengthened my communication, patience, organisation, and ability to understand and work with people from different backgrounds.

I’m currently pursuing a BA in English and am interested in building a long-term career in customer success, customer support, admissions counselling, operations, or other people-focused roles. I enjoy communication, problem-solving, learning new tools and processes, and building positive professional relationships. I’m looking for a company where I can contribute my existing experience while continuing to learn, take on responsibility, and grow professionally.
