Shruti Satyam

I’m a dedicated customer service professional seeking a challenging role where I can leverage strong communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional service to clients. With an MBA (2023–till now) and a BA, I’m built for thoughtful decision-making and consistent performance.

I’m proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and I bring time management, organizational skills, empathy, and patience to every customer interaction. I work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and I’m committed to handling concerns with care and professionalism.

While I don’t have formal customer service work experience yet, I’ve developed relevant strengths through volunteering at community events, where I interacted with diverse groups and helped meet their needs to ensure satisfaction. I also build strong collaboration habits from group projects, and my coursework has strengthened my research, analysis, and presentation abilities—so I can contribute and improve quickly.
